We consign by appointment only. Items will only be accepted if they are on hangers, free of snags, stains, pills & must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned. A minimum of 3 items & a maximum of 15 items per appointment.
We accept women’s new & gently worn clothing from size 0-18, shoes & boots from size 6 to 11, purses, bags, wallets and clutches. We do not accept hats, gloves, scarves & belts.
We do not consign clothing by JOE, George, Costa Blanca, Reitman’s, Sirens, Smart Set, Ricki’s, Northern Reflection, TanJay, Tabi, Cotton Ginny, Jessica, Old Navy, Penman’s, Pure (Alfred Sung), B.U.M., Alia, Forever 21, H&M, Plum, Cleo & Eddie Bauer, Tradition, Gap & RW&Co.
We only accept premium denim labels e.g. J Brand, Rock & Republic; Rich & Skinny; Fidelity; Levi’s; 7; NYDJ etc…
We are also unable to accept clothing with the tags taken out.
When you bring in your items, we will select what our customers will buy & transfer the items from your hangers to ours. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell; please understand that our customers’ preferences must be our selection guidelines.
An item initially accepted does not guarantee that it will go on the floor. For example any items found with stains, missing buttons, broken zippers etc… during processing will be donated without further notification. We then process your items & email you your order. Your order clearly shows the items we accepted, the initial selling price & when your payout date is.
We base price on supply & demand. We try & get the best price for you. We will display your items for up to 60 days. Your items will be subject to mark-downs & sales during this period. Once accepted, we will not pull items off the floor at the consignor’s request. There is a $2.00 surcharge for each item that needs to be steamed. This will be deducted from your payout at the end of your contract.
You receive 40% of the selling price on your payout date. If you are unable to come in on your payout date, we can mail you a cheque for a $2.00 surcharge OR you can come in on the next payout date. Payout dates are the 1st and 15th of the month ONLY (should the 1st or 15th fall on a Sunday or holiday, payout is the next business day).
We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage, theft or loss.
At the end of your contract, you have up to two weeks to pick up any returns. Any returns not picked up within 2 weeks of your payout date will be donated.
Any monies not collected within 6 months of your payout date become null and void.
